As a result of rapid growth in China, our client is seeking high calibre candidates for the following positions:

Based in Hong Kong

1) Managers / Senior Managers - General Audit (Ref No  V20101 ) 

You will be part of the Audit practice to help the firm’s clients to achieve business objectives, strengthens management capabilities and minimize enterprise risks through the use of value added audit approach.  The position is also available in Shanghai.

2) Manager, Forensic & Dispute Services (Ref No V20104 )

You will assist clients with fraud and corporate investigations, securities and financial market investigations, asset tracing and recovery, insurance consulting, forensic accounting and litigation support.

3) Manager, Merger & Acquisition Transaction Services (Ref No V20105 )

You will be responsible for managing M&A transaction services engagements including financial due diligence, business valuation, financial modelling and proposal preparation.

4) Manager- Tax, Immigration Services  (Ref No V20107 ) 

You will manage client immigration programs and provide consulting services on expatriate assignees.

Based in Shanghai 

5) Senior Consultant – Tax, Corporate Tax (Ref No V20103 ) 

You will provide consulting advice to clients on Hong Kong, China and International corporate tax compliance and planning.

6) Senior Consultant – Tax, International Tax (Ref No  V20106) 

You will specialise in cross-border tax laws involving US, Hong Kong and China.

For the respective positions, you must have minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience. HKICPA / CICPA or other equivalent overseas qualification is a must for positions 2 and 3 and a plus for the rest of the positions.
