Due to our rapid growth in Asia Pacific, we are seeking to fill the following positions:

CANTONESE- SPEAKING MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR (RESERVATIONS)

Reporting to the Member Services Manager, the primary role of the Membership Advisor is to build one-to-one relationships with our Asia Pacific Club members.  You will assist our members in their points’ usage through efficient and effective communication using the members’ preferred method of contact.

As part of your responsibility to create a lifetime of holiday memories for our members, you will deliver value-added services as well as ensure that they enjoy hassle-free accommodation, trading and exchanges. Your aim is to create a lifelong relationship with our members.

Candidate Profile  

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality industry or telemarketing-related field

• Possess strong communication skills and is able to converse in Mandarin and Cantonese

• Cheerful and enjoy interacting with people

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

CANTONESE- SPEAKING CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR (CORPORATE)

Reporting to the Regional Director of Customer Administration & Financial Services, the Contracts Administrator (Corporate) will manage customer administration efficiently and according to policies and processes. This role will require expertise in relation to document preparation and closing with continual process enhancement so as to ensure high contract quality. The incumbent will work very closely with the Sales Gallery and Corporate administration.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2 years' administration experience and is equipped with a thorough understanding of office procedures. He/She has the ability to comprehend, analyse and present data. You are highly organised, independent, motivated and can perform well under pressure. Good math skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are essential. Previous experience in contracts administration and ability to speak Mandarin will be advantageous. You should be able to work on a flexible schedule which includes some weekends and night shifts.

CANTONESE- SPEAKING COLLECTIONS OFFICER / EXECUTIVE

Reporting to the Regional Director of Customer Administration and Financial Services, the Collections Officer will maintain our finance contracts and perform other related receivable functions. You will resolve any financial disputes in a diplomatic and professional manner. While carrying out your job, you will ensure that all audit requirements are adhered to.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer finance collections

• Persuasion and negotiation skills are essential

• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills

• Well-organised and has a keen eye for detail

• Highly service-oriented and is an effective team player

• Able to handle all matters in confidentiality

• Must be able to communicate well in both English and Cantonese

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (ROAD-SHOW)

If your answer is ‘Yes!’, you are the one we are seeking!  Our Marketing Executives (Road-show) work at the Singapore Marriott Hotel and/or other various venues in and around Singapore promoting our vacation ownership product via scheduling personalised preview tours of our Ngee Ann City Showroom for prospective MVCI Asia Pacific customers.

To succeed in this position, you need to possess a positive and pleasant personality combined with a results-driven commitment.  Applicants with previous experience in Off-Property Contact (OPC) setting and road-shows are preferred. Experience in direct marketing or promotional sales will also be advantageous.

S$1,500 + attractive incentive (with total potential earnings of up to S$4,000 depending on performance targets met) will be offered to the right people.  Only Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent Residents / Dependent’s Pass Holders need apply.
